Our company's goal and process is to help you through our Path To Home Ownership (PTHO)(R).  The PTHO works with where you are at financially and life to solve your housing needs.  If you are at the stage in life where you want to own a home but due to credit or other factors could not afford the large down payment required by traditional bank method of purchase we are here to solve that problem for the 80% of the population that cannot qualify for a traditional mortgage.

We are unique in the marketplace with the Path To Home Ownership(R) (PTHO) program.  And work with people to get them on the RIGHT step on the PTHO.

The property is a charming 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a large yard.

Below are the items that we need for application process, please have available:

1) Have proof of income - copy of last 2-3 months of pay-stubs; and if self-employed have 1040s and bank statements
-As a rule of thumb, this unit would require a combined household income of ~$3975/mo (= $1325*3)

2) When completing application we will require photo IDs
- Drivers license Passport etc.
